      Steady paycheck, and the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Leadership is untrustworthy and not transparent despite them saying that they are. Im actively looking for a new job- pretty sure layoffs are coming down the pipe again.

      Not very organized and needs better planning

      Pros

      Growing company with potential opportunities. A strong global presence with comfort around diversifying responsibilities across the globe.

      Cons

      Due to their comfort in diversifying responsibilities globally, work flow takes longer than it should. People Ops processes are confusing and disorganized and they have not caught up with the growing pace of the company. As a new manager, I did not understand who in People Ops could help me or what the process of the day was for any task therefore left me helpless as a manager with my team.
