      Work from home is easy

      Cons

      Not organize, do not care about employees, no opportunity to grow, dishonest, scam, sales rep are liars, fraud people and lie, salary is low for the work load, processes arent clear and things always change, management is not professional you have to negotiate your days off 4 months in advance, salary is low for the workload and the stress, supervisors do not assist on hard calls with irrate merchants ( they were lied to and we have to keep screwing them over). Fake inclusivity, no one really care for real, been there 3 years no one really talks to me, you barelly get a smile when you go to the office. When you promise something to an employee actually give it. Merchant with inactive account open for 3 years that we purposely keep open for money.

      underappreciate their employees

      Pros

      -great colleagues -you can work from home as much as you want -unlimited coffee & tea occasionally free snacks at office

      Cons

      underpaid -overworked -unappreciated -they are in the middle of a bad office reno that will cut half the space to save money (they are a billion dollar company) -they care more about saving money than valuing their emloyees.

      Very corporate.

      Pros

      If you need a job and don’t mind fast pace and very high pressure then it’s definitely a good temp place. The compensation is very fair pay. But that’s about it. If you’re not desperate I’d consider elsewhere.

      Cons

      Whole company is teams and Microsoft shop. Company is spread between large time zones and so it may become a problem when it comes to needing help as colleagues are either in Europe or Israel. Fairly process driven place aka micro management is not uncommon. Be prepared to potentially get chewed for small things if you missed a step. There is High turnover as well. You’ll feel like you have to keep learning.
