When I joined the Nuvei team, I was looking for a company that would offer a challenging work environment, opportunities to grow professionally, and a place where I would not be treated as a simple number. I got exactly what I was looking for. Amazing teammates Performance is quickly recognized by upper management Employee well-being is a core value. During covid19, Nuvei was quick to setup employees to work from home (before government imposed confinement), offered multiple activities (yoga, boot camp...), and there were no layoffs

Pros

Nuvei not only navigated the current crises without letting go of any employees but then reimbursed its employees for any lost wages due to a temporary wage cut. While working at home ive been given countless resources to assist in the transition including a company reimbursement for an office desk and a chair.

Although I have not been with Nuvei very long, I am very impressed with how well they treat their employees and customers. They are very big on associate engagement and ensuring the well being of their employees . They are also very customer-focused to ensure first call resolution and satisfied merchants. Even with the Covid-19 pandemic, they were quick to act to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure a safe work at home environment...again putting people first! Love that about this company.
