I have worked at Nyla for nearly a year now and have loved every step of it. Should you ever have the opportunity to either work at Nyla or do business at Nyla I strongly recommend it. Nyla is extremely competitive in terms of total employee compensation. The salary and benefits are truly amazing and are only getting better. 10% 401k matching is one of my favorites. That extra match is even better than increased salary because it's tax free! Moreover, the company culture is closely knit. How many other company CEOs personally wish you happy birthday?

Maybe the traffic getting to and from work, but that's a product of living near Washington DC and Baltimore...
