      Pros

      Stable work, management staff is good and cares about the employees.

      Cons

      Below standard wages and a horrible benefits package. Medical insurance is a joke, most doctors will not take it and the deductible is so high you can't afford to use it.

      good co workers for the most part. Offer benefits. Training. Discounts.

      Salary. Management. There really is no room to grow in the company. It doesn't matter how hard you work as long as you know the right people.

      Pros

      O'Reilly's has good benefits if you can meet their high sales/productivity standards and stay long enough to get them.

      Cons

      I was promised training on their Infinity Parts system by the store manager--but got none. I was scheduled to work with customers without adequate training. Customers would ask "why I was helping them" when I didn't know how to use the system. When I asked fellow Team Members for help, I was told to "think about it." How can one think about how to use the system when you haven't been trained?
