Pros

Discounts on parts flex schedule for part time

Cons

standing all day ,no recognition ,low pay ,out of the 6 persons at the store only 2 have actually work on a car before the rest are just clueless , comercial guys are treated better than everybody else ,you are expected to work harder to cover for the people goofing off ,lack of people skills training for supervisors. I must add i dont do as bad since im part time and have a good paying full time job but some of the good full time employees are not being appreciated I heve been at the store for 2 years only and im the one thats been there the longest
