Pros

A lot of good people work here. Friendly store managers and drivers. At the beginning things were going well. Then they hired a former Advance Auto Parts store manager and made him a District Manager. In six months four managers were fired and two quit. They were all replaced by Advance people.

Cons

Policies are past their prime. Corporate is non existent in the field.

Pros

You can have a career with O'reilly Auto Parts and the pay is great as you go. Based on your position it will either be hourly or salary, and they both like I said pay great.

Cons

Some workers may not be as collaborative as others and there will be times where you would have to pick up after their mess on a daily occasion.
