      It's all right for my first job, where i get to learn about cars.

      Pros

      Being a girl, it's an awesome place to work, so i won't get taken advantage at the dealers or with the mechanics due to me knowing a lot about cars because you learn pretty cool stuff about cars working there.

      Cons

      well, now that it's Oreilly Auto Parts, they expected waaaaay to much from you with less pay.

      Pros

      you get to help people, learn some things in the automotive field, and you may be around other employees that are similarly helpful and very competent.

      Cons

      You can work hard and nothing may come of it. The company doesn't treat its employees with much in the way of respect. It can be kind of a hazardous place to work and it is likely you will work with others that are just terrible.

      Pros

      Senior management encourages customer satisfaction above all else, which makes our job much easier. Benefits and several small perks makes one feel comfortable and there is always room for growth within the company. Employees are treated very well by most management, all though, of course, there are a few bad eggs as with everywhere, but overall a good company to work for.

      Cons

      Some store managers can make it difficult if they are not up to par. This is true of every retail company.
