Pros

Discount on Parts,health benefits oh and those m&m's we can eat for a quarter that makes my job so much delightful:)

Cons

Horrible pay,rarely a pay raise if so its nothing to right home about.Favortism towards employees by the manager,pure rudeness and Lazyness by coworkers,harrasing jokes and making fun of coworkers.,very strict cant sit unless your "important"NO RESPECT.

Pros

Job security. Not standing outside in the rain.

Cons

The main downside is that you will starve to death before every being considered for a position in management. And even then you better have a second job to so you can feed your family as well. Another downside is some members of management think that because they have worked for the same company for 20+ yrs, that everyone else is expendable.
