Pros

Benifits are decent. Most stores have awesome management, they are really good to their employees.

Cons

I would love it if had different crew to work with. Not all the crew just hand fulll need to be trained. Maybe just need to be taught how to treat their employees.

Numerous members of the supervisor staff have shown that you can still enjoy your job without having to feel low or not capable of doing your job.

Cons

The failure of DC management to control and manage any situation, the promise of growth and gains throughout the company is something used to get great talent into the building but is quickly proven to be untrue.
