Pros

Good group of fellow drivers to work with, newer and well maintaned equipment & company is still growing and there is still room for advancement if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Starting wage is a bit low but with time that can change, some shifts are not family friendly & mangement does not treat all people the same way.

Pros

You get a chance to learn a lot about all the different aspects of vehicle repair. We get to meet a lot of interesting new people. It is usually a good work environment. We have in incentive program which is very nice. We also get a very nice employee discount.

Cons

Some times longer shifts are needed to cover a gap of unforeseen issues. It is sometimes hard to get a requested day off.
