Pros

Competitive pay, graduated accumulation of PTO, you get 1 day of PTO at 90 days, more at 6 months. etc.

Cons

I was not aware that I had to stay for 5 years in order to keep the 'company match' on my 401k, even as HR. HR doesn't have room for growth although they will tell you that they will support you. I have talked with multiple HR specialists from different states and DCs, all agree with me, they have never seen an HR Specialist promoted to HR Business Partner. They always hire from outside.

low pay to drive all over northen california. management is terrible. supervisiors show favoritism and you get 16.50 to drive over 400 miles a day.
