Pros

Independence in where you work. You learn more knowledge of the car market and parts market. You get to integrate yourself in the car professional market also.

Cons

Becoming more of a corporation day by day with less pay and benefits. They are not hiring full time jobs anymore. They are hiring more kids to fill part time positions and with less car knowledge.

Good store people that work hard to succeed. Mostly good parts in stock. Advertising is always going to assist in store sales.

Cons

Company has biased management. If you are not in one of the accepted groups then your future is limited for advancement.

No good pros Working for O'Reilly is a waste of time better off at advance

Cons

Only pays $8.00 hr doesn't care about employees it's all about the business. Got hidden cameras but never catch a shoplifter . accuses employees of stealing.
