Pros
Decent pay, with an at one time great stock option program. My supervisor was fantastic and I really enjoyed his mentorship.
Cons
Ultra extensive travel that was not part of what I was originally told. I was overnight 15-18 days a month in a hotel away from my family. Any decision that needed to be made about personnel changes in the field or in the stores I had almost no input or say. The process to change salary for my employees was the most ridiculous process I have ever seen. And the salary approval process was a done through ultimately one person, but it took approximately 2 months...all of this that started in January, and wasn't completed until March 1st-15th
