The best thing for those who are hungry to learn, when it is slow they computers have a system that you log into and go through training programs that teach you in depth about vehicle components. Its a laid back job.
Cons
I can only speak for my area, our regional manager was one of the worst people I have worked with. I was the # sales associate in my store working part time, not taking brakes to help customers with what ever they needed because i was one of the most knowledgeable when it came to cars. When ever the regional manager was around he would stand behind you and watch and critique your every move in make you sell the most expensive items to people who clearly couldn't afford it. In addition to him really, in all honesty not knowing anything about cars. And every other employ and store manger will tell you the same thing about that Regional Manager. Little to no opportunity for growth
