      Pros

      It’s a job, pay is alright for the work that you do as long as you don’t have to do the work of lazy teammates

      Cons

      DO NOT give an inch because they will definitely take a mile. Do the work of your position ONLY, if you even so much as help out an rss, asm or manager with one of there task, you WILL be doing that task of a rss/asm/manager with base pay until an rss gets fed up and leaves, then MAYBE you get a $0.75 raise along with the rss position

      Probably great if you’re a man or don’t want children

      After I revealed my pregnancy, my immediate supervisor began to micromanage me and treat me unfairly. I was extremely high risk and ended up on WFH orders, she ended threatening to take my job because of this. I ended up breaking down in tears to the SVP of my department because of how I was treated and was approved to WFH with a promise that the way I was treated would improve, it did not. While I was on my maternity leave I was still harassed about how to do things. This is likely because I was promised 30 days to train my replacement and was given 3 - half days to do instead.

      Absolutely pathetic

      Pros

      You get to meet new people. You get to share your experience and passions with those who share the same. There will always be hours to work.

      Cons

      Awful management and terrible business practices. Nepotism at local management levels stop qualified people from being hired. Repercussions taken against you for pointing out failures of leadership. Terrible work life balance. No advancement unless you are favored by management. Just all around a pathetic shell of it's former self.
