Pros

The discounts are cool and the pay is decent especially in our area. The COMPANY is a great company for sure.

Cons

Maybe it was my experience in Florida but the management in Texas far exceeded expectations. Be wary because there are crappy managers that say they care but truly don’t.

Pros

Relatively flexible schedule, My specific manager would always attempt to do his best to work with my scheduling needs. Good work environment

Cons

Less than desirable pay, after about 3 years of work new employees will likely be starting at a higher wage than you due to raises not being significant enough to keep up.

Pros

Staff was friendly. I legitimately liked the people I worked with. I gained a lot of knowlege through company training.

Cons

Low pay, they wanted certified mechanics but wanted to pay less then $10.00/hr (at that time). The two only vets had to work on Veterans day. Store only closes on Christmas and 4th of July. Clientele is often abusive
