      Pros

      It can be a pretty fun job if you're not planning to work there for very long or you are not looking for high pay. You can use this job to gain experience and go work for a parts department at a dealership or trucking industry.

      Cons

      They often understaff their stores, they are more concerned about employees meeting the expectations of mystery callers rather than delivering good customer service to patrons in the store. Even if you perform very well at your job you can't expect a big pay increase.

      Discount on parts. * If your lazy and dont know your head from your butt. This is the place for you!

      Cons

      Literally Everything managment is bad most of the people there dont know what a spark plug is. You dont even have to know cars to work here yes its a okay place to learn but no one actually wants to learn. They just hire bodys and dump every thing on the people who do work/know cars. The pay is horrible for what you have to do.
