Consistent pay. Deep discounts. That's about it.

Cons

The only way to get a raise is to leave. No concerns for employeees as actual human beings. Regional management is entrenched and simply terrible.

The stated culture and values sound great

Cons

They do not live the values they preach. Humiliated by upper management constantly. No work-life balance. Get cheated out of overtime because base pay was cut to accommodate incentive/bonus pay. Wretched hourly rate for anyone with manager in their title that is hourly.

Employee discount is the only thing worth it, get some things 5 percent off and other 60 percent off.

Cons

Customers are often racist jerks, who treat you bad and often tell you that you are on idiot to your face. Management expects experience with cars and knowledge yet they don't care they are paying you half tge money you need to survive.
