There aren't any pros other than my friendly coworkers. I mean that sincerely. This place really sucks to work for.

Pros

Meeting new people and having friendly work environment were a plus. Medical and dental benefits are fairly decent as well.

Cons

Pay isn't worth the work expected of employees. Aside from your daily store operation duties, employees are expected to do minor mechanic work such as change car batteries, scan codes, change wiper blades, air filters and lights for customers who request it.
