District managers undermine everything store managers & staff have accomplished

Poor leadership. Too many corporate policies and regulations...such as random calls to stores to ensure a specific line was recited by the employee. constant secret shoppers, and just the general feeling that because O'Reillys will hire any regular Joe off the street, corporate realizes that they need to constantly spy on their employees on a nationwide level because they're too cheap to hire good people with real skills. I was an assistant manager....making 9 dollars an hour with 4 years military experience as a mechanic. If that tells you anything.
