Great Culture, Good people. Great discount on everything in the store

Horrible, horrible pay. Horrible. Lowest paying employer in the parts industry, by far. Pay is an absolute joke,.

Pros

You have a set starting schedule and work the hours set for the day to meet the required PPH (picks per hour) whether it is more or less than 8 hours. Do your job and management stays off your case.

Cons

When management gets on your case, whether it's your fault or not. You don't really have a voice here, unless you've been here for a long period of time. Even then you're brushed to the side to make way for more important matters.
