Great company to work for, friendly people, flexible scheduling and upper management was great!

Cons

The pay isn't the best, but if you work hard enough and put in the hours you can achieve anything

-Flexible hours -Great employee discount -Easy to advance/be promoted -Enjoyable work environment

Cons

-Hourly pay below industry average (less than Advance Auto, AutoZone, NAPA) -Drama inside workplace escalates easily because employees with same job positions think they're better than one another -Store managers anger over small issues but don't seemingly care about larger issues regarding the store

Not very challenging or health conscious. Doesn't offer benefits comparable to most tech companies. Uses a lot of old outdated tech.
