Family ran company, opportunities for those who qualify. Flexible scheduling, and easy to transfer

Cons

Low pay, good ole boy system. Advancement is all about who you know.

Pros

The corporation is good itself, they have good benefits and a great career opportunity.

Cons

The management is very corrupt at my store 4069! They will not hire employees or schedule current employees to work and refused to give me the health insurance that the company offers to part time members.

You can move up fast due to high turnover. And though they don't train you properly for any position in the company they somehow believe you can do it.

Cons

Sexist against women. Pay not competitive. Promises not kept. No support from upper management. If you're looking to get overworked, underpaid and under appreciated come to this company.
