DM too busy hitting on female staff to notice anything.

O'Reilly expects customers to be well taken care of and sets that example. Customers frequently remark about the difference in their experience with the competitor's service.

Cons

The pay is well below the expectations placed on employees. The low pay increases turnover and removes the knowledge that would truly set O'Reilly apart form the competition.

Flexible schedule, you can move stores easily, you can learn as much as you apply yourself for, there is a good amount of upward mobility.

Cons

Raises are hard to come by for anybody, training material doesn't really teach you anything. Lower level employees are underpaid, while management is paid excessively.
