Pros

Good culture and meaningful work. I enjoy my job and have time for my family. Nonprofit company is able to make decisions that make sense, rather than try to appease shareholders. High job security.

Cons

It’s hard seeing other jobs I’m well qualified for paying 20-50% more.

Things move sloooooowwwww. Sometimes bureaucracy gets in the way of progress. Many employees have been around for a long time and don't want anything to change.
