      Good work, needs to pay better

      Pros

      This is a great work environment. The work is fun. The people I work with are great. The hours are built around your school schedule if you are a student.

      Cons

      The current process needs to be improved so that the design process helps to eliminate chances of flaws that slip through cracks before apps are uploaded to the store. The pay could be better.

      Great Company for Entry Level Programmers

      Pros

      Amazing experience opportunity, I've learned so much since starting here a few months ago. The office is very relaxed, everyone is friendly and willing to help you out when you need it. Hours are set around your school schedule if you are a student and so it is a very convenient job for me as a student.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little bit better, but I make enough to be happy as a student and I'm learning a lot instead flippin' patties... not too bad.

      Growing with the business

      Pros

      I have an opportunity to grow with the business. There are times when we need to work our tails off to get things done. Those times have allowed me to grow my skills and build my future either here or elsewhere in my career. We see a variety of different projects with a different level of skills required to complete the task.

      Cons

      I do not always have the have an opportunity to focus on my job. I end up having to do several functions within production that are not my favorite roles to fill.
