Pros

Excellent integrity and directions from the new CEO (Ralph Schmitt), new parent company (Toshiba) bring financial and NAND supply stability, exciting product lines, new life after bankruptcy, the new OCZ SS has a great potential to compete at tier 1 level, better global collaboration (though more is needed), etc.

Cons

It seems to take a lot to move something due to red tape with the new company. Probably a norm for having Toshiba as the parent company. Still have some 1.0 people that cannot bring OCZ SS to the next level. Unfortunately, some of those people are considered important. Need to work on product visions.

Pros

I been with this company for 7 years now and my experience has been very positive so far. There is plenty of opportunity to grow within and we just became a much bigger company from the acquistion by Toshiba Corporation. I look forward to many more good years with this company.

Cons

Only downside for me is that I wish that the company was closer to my home but all in all is not that bad of a commute.

With Toshiba acquiring company and upper management committed to seeing a successful turnaround prospects have never looked better.

Cons

Still working out some processes but very open upper management team responsive to listening and changing.
