Pros

Access to recent SSD technology. Owned (not managed!) by Toshiba at the moment.

Cons

The worst management I've ever experienced in my entire career: office politics and backstabbing are across all levels.

Culture Change and Positive Outlook

Pros

I have worked at OCZ for a number of years and experienced both the old and new management. A positive culture change has taken place over the last few years. The new CEO and management team also focus a lot on quality and product development in general, something that was not always the case previously when being first to market and revenue growth trumped everything. As part of Toshiba the growth potential and future looks bright in my opinion.

Cons

The work-life balance has already improved under the new management but is still not ideal at times. Have noticed some resource constraints in some departments due to low headcount.
