The company has undergone a lot of change over the last few years and is at a point now where there is a lot of positive change and is driving forward where quality, performance and accountability are all priorities. Company is much more team driven than years past and continues to move in the right direction. Each team member seems to have a big impact and there is a huge opportunity in the SSD market now that OCZ is art of the Toshiba Group, so there is access to NAND technology and supply, both issues that affected the previous organization. Lot's of change in the management, much better CEO that genuinely cares about both the product and the employees. The brand that is well known in the consumer space and there is a big push into enterprise so team members get exposed to both sides, all of which add up to an exciting place to work.

Excellent integrity and directions from the new CEO (Ralph Schmitt), new parent company (Toshiba) bring financial and NAND supply stability, exciting product lines, new life after bankruptcy, the new OCZ SS has a great potential to compete at tier 1 level, better global collaboration (though more is needed), etc.
