      Pros

      management genuinely cares Don't have to go out and pick up your own lunch, Ocusoft does it for you and or cooks a meal for you Ocusoft cares about your health - a gym and a fitness instructor is provided free of charge to all employees

      I haven't seen any downside

      Pros

      None! Really there are not even one hood reason to work for these people. Oh, yes one; you can use their products for free :)

      Cons

      All. Very disappointed to work with these people. Bad pay, high demanding managers, they expect you dedicate your life to them, they change company directions every week.

      Pros

      I worked with OCuSOFT unfortunate for a short term in 2012. I had to move otherwise I would still be an employee. It was a great opportunity and I highly recommend it. Great products recognized by doctors.

      There is absolutely nothing wrong I would say from this job, company ect...
