      Only work here as a last resort!

      Pros

      Great for an intro sales position if you have no other way to break into the medical sales industry.

      Cons

      Lack of job security, commission products constantly on back order, have a tendency to hire for a territory only to let it grow to the point they can fire you to allow the territory to be ran by the call center.

      Good industry, loved working in eye-care, great learning experience.

      Cons

      Bad management decisions, poor work life balance, not very good pay for the hours worked, company is very reactive rather than proactive.
