Pros
This is my second time at this company. I started as Help Desk Clerk and moved up to IT Manager. I have enjoyed my time at the this company, they listen to their employee's suggestions and ideas. They have employee events for the employee s every month, which make for an exciting atmosphere. The employees are great to work with and make you look forward to going to work. The upper management team I feel cares about about the success of the employees. Ocusoft likes to promote from within the company, if you are will to do the work required for promotion. I would say the people at the company make it a wonderful place to work.
Cons
I don't have any cons about the company as a whole. I am from Houston, but I now live in Rosenberg, and it is a 40 min commute from the city.
