      Established leads. Good products. Opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Poor management. Lack of communication between management and sales rep in order to improve. Constantly out of products which leads to vendor changes by doctors which management doesn't seem to understand.

      Pros

      OCuSOFT is a wonderful company with many benefits. We have an OCuDiner where lunch is served three times a week; we have a workout facility with all the equipment; we have monthly parties; matching 401K; health insurance, vision care, dental, PTO time, etc. If you are willing to work hard, you will be rewarded. We are a Team who help each other.

      Pros

      None! Really there are not even one hood reason to work for these people. Oh, yes one; you can use their products for free :)

      Cons

      All. Very disappointed to work with these people. Bad pay, high demanding managers, they expect you dedicate your life to them, they change company directions every week.
