They help you grow as a worker and if you want to move up in the company they give all the tools to do so

Cons

It can be a very toxic work environment if you let it be. So as long as you stay to your self it isn’t too bad.

Pros

This is a mid-size company that provides alot of opportunity to grow in your skill set. You are given alot of opportunities to be involved in alot of different projects and the company really provides opportunities to take risks and learn from them.

Cons

Somewhat limited in career growth opportunities just because it is a smaller size company with fewer open positions as you grow in your career but new positions are identified on a regular basis.
