Benefits, pay, community, location, vacation.

Cons

The supervisors blame issues on the new hire-ins, they punish you for getting sick. They lie to you at orientation.

Thank you for your review. ODL understands that things do happen in life so ODL has an attendance policy that allows for employees to miss up to 8 full days per year. Did you know that the Company does not address attendance until the Employee has miss 5 full days in the year?
