      The people I worked with and the abilities to make a difference in other people lives. The hours were great.

      Okay pay or at least pay wasn't cut when they took over.

      Cons

      ODLE bought out the contract on my program from my previous employer. After taking over they took us from salary to hourly and reduced benefits. While they weren't bad to work for they certainly were all about doing the absolute minimum and cutting any corners possible to save money. Even when it made doing your job adequately very difficult.
