      Great CEO but stuck in old system implementations

      -CEO is incredible. She has contagious energy and shook my hand when she was on center. - they have kept us employed during COVID-19

      Cons

      - don't develop talent - starting salaries are very low - stuck in old, corporate ways

      Attempting to help at risk youth improve their lives.

      Cons

      Expected to work very long hours, impossible to keep up with the workload even when working 55+ hours per week, very low pay especially considering the work load, under-qualified and unknowledgeable corporate staff, Corporate motivated by exploiting at-risk youth and its employees for profits.
