If you like free schlotskys, cold pizza, and being surrounded by people smoking/drinking/ on the clock this place is for you.

Cons

S*xual harassment and leverage completely undermined by HR. Directors know reputation of managers yet still retain them due to high turnover being inevitable or layoffs. Its a rope a dope scheme.

You are expected to sit at your desk and be on the phone all day making calls. This job was not for me as I hate sitting all day and the pay wasn't great.
