You are expected to sit at your desk and be on the phone all day making calls. This job was not for me as I hate sitting all day and the pay wasn't great.

Pros

Decent pay + bonuses if you get lucky with your book of business. Mostly friendly coworkers and team managers. Was decent when on a hybrid structure but they took that away.

Cons

Company is falling apart. Employees are treated like human capital by higher management. They have zero understanding of day to day operations and no plan for success. Amazon is taking all of their business and they are panicking, which is creating a hostile work environment. Higher management is all old white republicans who are racist and sexist.

Over the last couple of years, the best thing I can say is that the insurance is pretty good.

So much focus on phone KPI that the pressure is to make more phone calls than generate revenue
