Not much. 10% employee discount in Office Depot retail store. No stipend for hybrid workers to wfh.

Cons

Does not pay well. Gives annual 2-4% raises which is disrespectful. The corporate team in Boca takes all the credit and high salary than the actual professionals that are responsible for sales growth, retention, and acquisition. No sick time off, no company stock share.
