      Flexible timing, average benefits, and vendor training

      Cons

      It is not somewhere to build a career, company is not very strong financially and constant upheavals when shares drop. High turn over and layoffs, and training is inadequate to get you ready for the role. Managers are not consistent in managing styles. Disconnect with clients needs (ODP Pet) Its just sad.

      - Management is not consistent - Massive amounts of turnover - Training does not prepare any individual for their end role within the company - Company refuses to take accountability - Management refuses to take accountability - Performance Measuring KPI's change almost weekly, Its almost impossible to keep up with what they are asking - individuals are singled out and pressured to either quit the company, or conform to micromanagement - lots of inter-company drama between VP's, Directors, and Senior Management - Company financials are taking a nosedive, most likely if you are hired, you will get laid off soon
