Great Team Dynamics: My colleagues were always knowledgeable and willing to lend a hand. While it's a professional environment, the camaraderie made it a pleasant place to work. Flexible Work Arrangement: The shift to a remote/hybrid work style was a definite plus. Diverse Brand Exposure: The chance to work with well-known brands across various sectors, from CPG to tech, was a valuable experience.

Cons

Departmental Disconnects: Despite covering all aspects of marketing, from digital to traditional, there was a noticeable lack of integration within the department. Subpar Compensation: Over my three-year tenure, salary increments were minimal. For a role and location like this, the pay scale is significantly below the industry standard, which could deter high-caliber candidates. Very Limited PTO: The combination of vacation and sick leave was insufficient, contributing to my decision to leave. Not even mentioning the holiday breaks, like 6 a year.
