Cons

Compensation for sales positions varies greatly. Tenured employees speak about not receiving a bonus for over a year. Base pay is inadequate for Austin area. Some people commute hours to come into office. Extensive turnover. KPIs for people with exact same job title varies depending on manager. All employee actions are visible in weekly reporting and show highly variable expectations between teams. Mostly people are there to get by. No upward mobility or adjacent roles in Austin office. Job requirements for hiring changed multiple times during the year. No precedent for expectations. You can not reach your quota and be perfectly comfortable without having to worry about being fired.

Decent Benefits and they offer a hybrid schedule.

Cons

You do not receive your attainment goals until a month or so into the quarter and they move dead accounts into your portfolio. They play favorites and have a toxic workplace environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
