Exchange of ideas: some leads, workers are willing to work together; work is steady even in non peak times.

Cons

Outdated equipment (they break down and not get repaired for DAYS) insurance is overpriced (tried to use it for my dental and vision, but covers VERY LITTLE), pay is awful, irresponsible coworkers (handlers are messy, on cell phones, etc) ; tons of favortism, while others are overlooked, yet gets criticized when they do something wrong (and at times more severely punished more than others): management don't care about those who works very hard, and let mediocre ones slide and coddles them: management don't care unless you're for them and they're NOT for the employees..worst experience I ever had in my life!!!!

I only liked it when it was certain Leaders who left the company that actually cared for some people.

Cons

The management now is so horrible and HR is no help they are all one sided there is no growth for black people
