Low salary Sky-High Expectations On-call 24/7 45+ hour work week expected Horrible support teams (HR, Accounting, IT, etc.)

Pros

The people I worked with and for cared about me. They appreciated the job I did. They did the best they could to help me get a better job with more pay. I would work with them again. A lot of the managers realized that they would make more profits by being good to the workers. There is usually a lot of overtime available in the end of the year.

Cons

It wasn't perfect. There were people in charge who didn't do their job well and didn't care about us. There was also a lot of turnover sometimes. Sometime you were forced to work 7 days a week.

Cons

ODW is doubling it's size by 20/20. With this there are some growing pains but it will be worth it.
