Cons

ODW is doubling it's size by 20/20. With this there are some growing pains but it will be worth it.

Good People to work with in the Management / Leadership Teams. Team work to get things done, people have your back and help each other out

Cons

Going through some growing pains right now, but given some time ODW will get past them and continue to improve and grow.

Strong culture and walks the talk. At a tipping point in growth and structure, making it a great time to be in on the ground floor of the growth coming over the next 5 years. The pieces are coming together, and the focus is strong.

Cons

The growth and developing the structure can be frustrating at times, but is moving in the right direction. A lot of opportunity to make a difference. The need for prioritization sometimes puts things on the back burner.
