Immediate hire, casual environment, decent starting pay rate.

Cons

Only hires through temp agencies - that should tell you something. Has "protected" employees - people they refuse to let go.

Couple (Few) New "Upper Management" People, which May Institute Some Changes? Usually, these New Folks, Last for Only a Couple of Years @ the Most, Before Quitting (Giving Up) and/or Being Asked to Leave, for Rocking The Boat, Too Much (or Shacking The Tree).

Cons

Very High Turnover Rate, Specifically @ Dist-Trans Co. (I Also Believe @ ODW Logistics Inc.). This Includes, Some in Upper Management, either moving into other positions and/or leaving the company all together. Everyone Thinks & Says it's because of the Pay, which is Only Part of the Problem(s). Mostly, it's that Upper Management Culture ("Good Old Boy Network")-Thier Set in Ways, Not Interested in Major Change(s), Interested in Their Bonus & etc...
