Pros

Expectations are not unrealistic. The management is willing to work with scheduling issues. Generally a fairly relaxed attitude. If all you want is a paycheck it's quick easy employment.

Cons

Evaluations are entirely subjective. It is difficult to transition from temp to hire. Policies are not applied consistently. Opportunities, while given lots of lip service are slow to develop.

This company is committed to growth and is developing current staff to take on leadership roles and grow within the company. ODW offers professional and leadership development classes which shows their investment and commitment to the current work force. You have to be willing to put in the effort and work hard, but they are actively looking for leaders. It's a time of opportunity at ODW.

Cons

All growth has some growing pains and challenges. There is a lot of work to be done in the coming years, so that may result in some frustrations and certainly a little extra effort will be required of staff. But I believe the work will result in brighter, greener pastures for everyone.
