Laid back some people there are nice kind and helpful. Co workers help when in need. That is all I can think of.

Applied for office work Actually working in the warehouse on the floor picking packing warehouse stuff driving forklift etc. Pay not good

Pros

The executive team is finally where it should be after some changes in 2015. Company values are good and are lived by many (TRUST, TEAM, & OPPORTUNITY). Demands on corporate should actually increase from the operations. We are here to support you, not hinder you! I see so much potential in this company that I have actually turned down two jobs that I didn't apply for.

Cons

Middle management in a couple company divisions is holding on to the past and not willing to change to the 21st century, 16 years later... Compensation for the hourly workers needs to be reviewed as that would really help with turnover and short-staffing.
